Gaynell and I want to express our sincere thanks for your efforts in successfully completing our pool and spa.  We used the spa for the first time last night, and it was fantastic.

As you know, you were one of five bidders for our project.  You clearly offered the best value in your quotation and convinced us of your commitment to providing us a superior product.  We have not been disappointed.  We found both of you easy to work with and very fair in your dealings.  We appreciated that you were personally present at all the key times during construction, and made yourself available to us when we had any questions. As you know, I spent over thirty years in the engineering and construction business.  So I think I speak with some authority when I say that all your subcontractors exhibited a high level of craftsmanship.

We can't wait to start entertaining around the pool this Spring.  Please feel free to use us as a reference for any of your potential customer.  We'd love to show off our beautiful pool and spa.
